You country music star Morgan Wallen spent Sunday night in jail after allegedly throwing a chair from the top of a Broadway bar. Wallen was taken into custody around 12:30 a.m. and posted a bond of $15,250. He was released from Davidson County jail at approximately 3:30 a.m. Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, issued a statement acknowledging the arrest and stating that the country star is cooperating fully with authorities.

Chief’s Bar, where the incident occurred, is owned by fellow country music star Eric Church and had just celebrated its grand opening over the weekend. The incident involving Wallen has caused a stir in the country music community and among his fans.
